Relationships (Student Guide)
About Course
Module 5 of 10 · Mental Wellness Academy
Relationships
Practicing respect, boundaries, communication, consent, and support-seeking.
Section goal
Notice whether a relationship supports safety, dignity, and mutual respect.
Memory routine: Listen, Clarify, Boundary, Reach Out
This module treats relationships as something you can observe rather than only feel. Safety, dignity and mutual respect are the things to check for. A boundary is a clear limit that protects those things — not a punishment and not the end of a relationship.
Use what helps, adapt what does not, and keep your work private when you choose.
You do not have to handle everything alone.
This course provides general educational information. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, or replace individualized support from a parent, caregiver, school professional, pediatrician, counselor, or other qualified professional.
If a concern feels too heavy, lasts, interferes with daily life, or affects safety, tell a trusted adult and ask for qualified support.
In the United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) · text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line) · if someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency or crisis services.
